  • Refunds will ONLY be issued if the product is unopened, and the safety seal is still intact. If the safety seal is missing, a refund will NOT be issued.

Damages and Issues:

  • It's crucial to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on OPENED OR USED items due to the nature of the product.
  • We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
