Refunds

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of personal care items.

Returns, Replacements & Product Swaps

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for resale.

  • If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact us for review.

  • In certain cases, we may request the product be returned for evaluation.

  • Return shipping labels will be provided at no cost to the customer when a return is approved for inspection.

  • If the returned product contains a reasonable amount of remaining product and is confirmed to be faulty:

    • A replacement will be issued OR

    • A product swap may be offered for another item or a combination of items equal in value to the original purchase

  • Refunds will not be issued for opened or used products.

Damages or Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer standard exchanges.

  • Any replacement or product swap is handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Phoenix Beauty Supply Co.
